Results of joint work of LOGICA Project Experts with Kyiv City State Administration

The Procedure for the organization of the internal control system in the Kyiv City State Administration has been adopted. Experts from the technical assistance project "EU for Stronger Public Finance Systems of Local Governments" LOGICA (hereinafter - the LOGICA project) participated in the development of this Procedure.

Thus, due to the joint cooperation of the LOGICA project and the Department of Internal Financial Control and Audit, the city of Kyiv has made a confident step towards implementing the best global practices of public and corporate governance. Many months of work on adapting the COSO model and recommendations INTOSAI GOV 9100 led to the approval of the Kyiv City State Administration Procedure № 690 as of 07 May 2020 for organizing the internal control system in the Kyiv City State Administration, RSA, enterprises, institutions and communal property organizations, which can be found on the official portal of Kyiv.

Результати спільної роботи експертів проекту LOGICA з Київською міською державною адміністрацією

Прийнято Порядок організації системи внутрішнього контролю в Київській міській державній адміністрації. У розробці цього Порядку брали участь експерти проєкту технічної допомоги «ЄС для підсилення державних фінансових систем місцевих урядів» LOGICA  (далі – проєкт LOGICA).

Таким чином, завдяки спільній співпраці проєкту  LOGICA і Департаменту внутрішнього фінансового контролю та аудиту,  Київ зробив впевнений крок на шляху впровадження кращих світових практик державного та корпоративного управління. Багатомісячна робота з адаптації моделі COSO та рекомендацій INTOSAI GOV 9100 привела до затвердження розпорядженням КМДА від 07 травня 2020 року № 690 Порядку організації системи внутрішнього контролю у Київській міській державній адміністрації, РДА, підприємствах, установах і організаціях комунальної власності, з яким можна ознайомитися на сайті Офіційного порталу Києва.
